Keeps my safe
there is no excuse for a newly refurbished apartment to fall apart, have black mold and no working AC or (leaking)shower. Management has changed five times in 9 months and they don't spray or do maintenance frequently. You'll go without unless you buy it yourself. They enter apartments without permission and don't care if you have animals.
