Horrible apartments gunshots fired every night one came thru my ceiling
Good place to start from scratch for the price but there is no excuse for a newly refurbished apartment to fall apart, have black mold and no working AC or (leaking)shower. Management has changed five times in 9 months and they don't spray or do maintenance frequently. You'll go without unless you buy it yourself.
You barely can contact Anyone In office and there are a lot of issues inside apartments
RUNNNN i’m telling you, the apartment itself is ok it’s newly renovated and everything but if you have a problem there is no way to contact the office they can never keep anybody in there they don’t have a phone number that works so you’ll be stuck with the problems for possibly weeks before you can contact somebody
Upon moving in my information was incorrect in the system and it prevented payments from being made. When I moved in nothing in my apartment worked. The staff member took more money than she was supposed to and didn’t even process it so it still says I’m being charged last month and next month’s rent. It’s a rip off.
