Just ate at River Bar for the first time. Everything about it was exceptional. The wait staff is great, especially our server, Felix. The food is top notch. The scallops were cooked perfectly and served in a sauce with a delightful twist. The meatloaf was mostly traditional, but also had a wonderful little twist.
