What a wonderful experience having them as our landlord. Top notch service and luxury hospitality.
The building misrepresents itself on streeteasy. We toured it for an apartment that was advertised for 4600 and were told upon arrival that the lowest available price is 5300. When we inquired, they told us that was the average price of apartments in their buildings!!! Putting a price that’s significantly below the true price is not acceptable. I hope that the management reads this and changes their advertising strategy in a way that’s more mindful of people’s time.
Number 1 pace if looking for luxury. Family firm that goes above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy. Feels more like being part of a family. I highly recommend working with them :)
