Worst house in Rivendell village. Full of spiders, insects and suddenly flies entered from windows and full house is filled with them. When we go to the leasing office for help they don’t respond to anything. They have not even cleaned the house before providing the keys, when asked for it, they simply replied it will be like that. There are gaps in the apartments which allow insects indoors.

Extremely overpriced. Absolutely no parking at times. No assigned parking spots. Always police activity. Definitely not the environment that you pay for. Rooms are small air conditioning barley works upstairs. Definitely ot luxury apartments as advertised. Basically section 8 and government funded apartments in the village.

This place sucks, full of roaches and ants, despite multiple requests no one addresses the issue we are living here with a baby with heavy roach and ant infestation, this place is not inhabitable at all. Property management and maintenance keep redirecting to each other and they don’t communicate with each other, very poor management will not recommend to anyone and if we had not been bound by contract would have left this filthy place too.
