This is an institution, they play it up and make it seem like your child is in great hands and they are going to take care of all your needs!!! Do not leave your child here!! I was never able to get the doctor on the phone, called everyday, my daily calls that were allowed were always cut short and never the full time, and then upon discharge we were cut off cold turkey, no follow up, and no appointments available with their doctors for 2-3 months.
