Having a very rough experience -- both my bathrooms have leaks since end of April. Opened tickets. Maintenance came. did not do anything and closed the tickets. Called them, told them that they are still leaking, opened new tickets but the tickets are being cancelled without anyone even coming in. 3 days ago maintenance came and saw a hole in the wall from where it was leaking, put a duct tape and disappeared (picture below). I had a great experience leasing an apartment at Rivendell Edison. Ilona from leasing office helped a lot in terms of closing the leasing agreement and any queries I had. Special thanks to Roxana for helping me shortlist few apartments and finally helping me select the one I wanted. Any queries - I had regarding club access, keys, documentation were always being addressed by her and supported us all throughout. I would strongly recommend this agency and apartments for any future renting needs.
