They come the same day and get the job done right alway the maintenance guys are always very polite .
There should be a zero star because I refuse to give this place even a 1-star rating. This has been the worst decision of my life. Since moving in on June 1, I have been subjected to relentless issues. The AC fails to adequately cool the townhouse for which I pay $3,300 a month, and there is no response to plumbing problems. They attempt to charge for maintenance requests despite the place not being fully renovated before I moved in. I am consulting a lawyer to terminate this lease immediately. Response back to previously mentioned 2913 Rivendell way Issue. Dear Property Management/Resident Relations Team, I would like to clarify a few points regarding the AC and maintenance issues in our unit. As previously shared, I have recorded videos over multiple days showing that the AC does not operate efficiently when outside temperatures exceed the 80s. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve lived here about a year, and it has been a nightmare. - Rodent infestation (mice) in the kitchen for months — the "exterminator's" solution was to set the same ineffective traps over and over. - Squirrel infestation in the attic keeping us awake at night. One squirrel even got into our laundry room and destroyed the basement door.
