Was peaceful, but ever since they started bringing in Section 8 people, it got dirtier, people smoking weed in the parking lots, kids throwing ball at cars putting in dents and scratches.
Angel was extremely helpful and addressed all my concerns quickly. The plumbing, electrical, and construction work were all completed in a timely manner. Everything was done professionally and to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the service.

“We take resident concerns seriously” you guys actually don’t. For two years living here we have had problems with a neighbor constantly being a nuisance, it could be herself or her dogs that she leaves abandoned on her balcony (when her and her girlfriend go out) for days at a time barking through the day and night PAST noise ordinances hours, the kids and adults of the household can’t sleep which results in missed wages, and kids struggling to stay focused during class because of exhaustion. Save your money don’t move here. My townhome is renovated and I have mice coming from under my cabinets every day it’s ridiculous my house is very clean no food on my floors or counters it’s nothing management can do but to send an exterminator for this rent to be so much there’s no way I should have mice coming in and out of my house I don’t recall them being on my lease
