I am extremely disappointed with the way the maintenance team at Rivendell Apartments have handled the AC issue in my unit. Despite being promised a temporary AC within 3 hours, I waited over 6 hours with no follow-up, and when I called back, I was told it was “not an emergency” and accused of “arguing” when I raised concerns about the heat. Extremely disappointing experience, primarily due to the staff’s refusal to take responsibility, unwillingness to admit their mistakes, and unprofessional behavior. To begin with, their vacate form is not available online—you can only mail it or physically drop it off at their headquarters, which is a 30-minute drive from the apartment complex. UPDATE- I just had Leo the electrician in my townhouse and he was able diagnose and repair a pretty complex problem. Excellent electrician- 5 Stars!! I recently had back to back maintenance issues and the Rivendell maintenance staff responded to the submitted tickets immediately! Excellent, quality work- 5 Stars!!

If your neighbors smoke weed then your house smells like weed. Full of mice. Needs speed humps careless drivers. Random cars in and out (suspicious). Dog poop everywhere.
