!!! Gama at Rivendale Homes saved the day for me when I reached out after the warranty on my plumbing had expired, asking if the builders would consider fixing a belly in the mainline piping. Rivendale Homes is an awesome builder of dreams. They don’t build the cookie cutter home. Their custom homes are modern, individual, unique, and so functional. You don’t just feel at home in the homes you feel like you’re on vacation every time you walk in the door. I highly recommend the team at Rivendale Homes as they are just wonderful to work with.

I would not recommend buying one of their houses. As a neighbor, I’ve seen them cut a lot of corners. In addition to questionable work, are not considerate to those in the community where they build. We have asked them to be considerate of our daughter who is blind and they consistently ignore our requests to even have a conversation about the safety risk they have introduced on our street.

We used Rivendale Homes landscapers and they didn’t disappoint. Jorge and his crew were very responsive, professional and on time! Rivendale homes have a great landscaping crew.
