DO NOT HIRE MR. RIVAS! I gave him a star for showing up, but the job was not done. In June 2025, I hired him to fix a small area in the back of my tiny house that had sunk! He came 3 days later unannounced, and started work while I was still in bed because he had found 2 guys to do the job! Unskilled workers, not a crew. They spent 4 hours going around the house and i have no idea doing what because I'm disabled and couldn't go outside!
