I tried calling them for a quote. Mind you...I've never talked to this person before. I Googled tile/flooring companies in the area. I got like three words in and the guy hung up on me. So I called again because I thought maybe we got disconnected. The guy was super rude and hung up on me within 30 seconds. At no point was I rude or mean.
