I’m heartbroken by the way this office handled my mother’s situation. She’s been suffering from severe stomach pain and was in the ER two weeks ago. I was scheduled for a 1:00 PM appointment today and completed the full bowel prep as instructed, only to find out—on my own—that the appointment had been canceled without any prior notice. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact the office, I was only met with an automated system and couldn’t reach a live representative to clarify the situation. I went to the ER for rectal bleeding and was told it wasn’t an emergency, but I needed to see a GI specialist and get a colonoscopy as soon as possible. For over a week, I’ve been calling this office, trying to get help with an urgent medical issue. Instead of reaching a human being, I’m stuck talking to a useless AI assistant that makes it nearly impossible to get through to anyone. Not one call has been returned. The automatic system they have could or maybe good for somethings, but I lost a sonogram appointment that I have scheduled because the office gave the wrong code for the test. The sonogram office try to get a hold to anyone in the office and it was impossible to, she left messages and nobody in a whole week never call them back to straighten out the code( possibly the stupid machine never pass the message) I try to call 6 times and nobody answer the calls just the automatic system.
