Two hours waiting for the nurse to talk to me, they cancel your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes late, and look at me waiting two hours for service, shameful.

Don’t go here, they are very rude, and told me if I don’t fill out a cc form that I can’t see the dr, and that’s discrimination. Plus I waited over an hour and a half to see the NP.

DO NOT GO HERE. The doctors? They seem fine. The office staff is pretty inept and horribly rude. First, they want you to write ALL of your credit card information on a paper form to keep it on file instead of securely swiping it or tapping it and securely storing it. Then when it comes to scheduling your procedure, you “aren’t allowed” to initiate the phone call to them, even if you’re calling them back as they requested. After getting up early on Monday Morning today for this appointment that was set up through the phone. I was almost forced to sign in my Credit Card information if i wanted to be seen my the doctor , "its a policy" , No Thank you , all of this could of have been avoided if it was said through the phone last week. Theres is alot of scams out there in this cruel world.
