I'm disappointed to report my experience with Rivas Custom Builders, deserving of a 1-star review. Despite providing post-construction cleaning services for their project at the Catalina foothills in Tucson, Arizona, and invoicing them, they have continuously failed to fulfill their payment obligations. Despite multiple assurances of payment, including promises to mail a check or pay through a payment link, they have consistently failed to follow through.
