Extremely bad customer service, dozens of calls ignored, no call backs for voicemails and not showing up for scheduled work (to fix issues they were originally contracted for that was missed). They left a huge hole in our roof and just slapped shingles on top of the hole. We would have never seen it until it continued to leak or (like we did) pull the insulation down to discover the job was botched. Great work and a lower bid than many we checked out. Delfino really cares about doing a good job and provides excellent customer service. We needed a follow up repair and he made sure it was dealt with promptly.
Great experience. Competitive pricing. Love the way the roof turned out. Quality job throughout. Crew were all respectful and did a great job cleaning up when finished. Owner really cares about doing a good job. Recommend highly.
