Thanks to the great technicians from Rival Air Services for resurrecting my old A/C unit. Could have easily taken the easy route and told me to replace it at a cost of > $20k. Instead they persevered and got it back up and running and working perfectly at a fraction of that cost. Delightful, well mannered and courteous.
Thanks for the very prompt supply and installation of the new split system. Very much appreciated how the serviceman cleaned up and explained the operation of the new system.
I got here just to leave a comment for the company as I had a very good experience with them. Staff Vanessa was very helpful and the two technicians Tom and James (if I remember the names correctly) are very good at their jobs. Well done! 👍
