We had a great experience living here. My husband and I lived here about a year, and it was a very positive experience. We eventually had to move back to our home country, but we’re really glad we chose this place during our time in the Bay Area. The leasing office team was always helpful and easy to work with. Although we decided to move into a different complex, we had a self-guided tour on Jan 3rd and Angela was amazing. She was very thoughtful and straightforward regarding the other Equity Residential complex's in the area. We will definitely keep this complex in mind when moving!
I’ve been a renter at Redwood Shores Riva Terra for nearly 10 years (since 2015), and I can honestly say the management and overall experience have been exemplary. I know firsthand how difficult it is to keep every resident happy, but this community consistently delivered. It was an amazing place to live. Angela was awesome and friendly. Management was great. maintenance and services were amazing. You could call for any issue and they would immediately attend. The place was truly warm and friendly apartments to live!
