I can’t express how happy I am with my new home, Angela and Aydin are so helpful and very attentive since the first phone call and walk in to the office, they answered all of our questions, they’re so nice with our kid and puppy, the amenities are super clean, the apartment impeccable, I have literally nothing to complain about this place. It will for sure be our home for a really long time! Thank you so much Angela and Aydin for making this experience so incredible for us!
Very smoothly the process of move in and the staff when I arrived was pleasant and helpful. The community is quiet and clean. I am grateful and happy. I highly recommend this place.
I had a self-guided tour set up with this apartment complex, but on the day of my tour, the leasing office was closed. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get in touch with one human being during this time. Instead there is an AI bot that responds to emails, texts and phone calls. It seems that there should be instructions sent to self-guided tour goers, but that was never done before I arrived. Just wanted to let prospective tenants know that it seems there is either an understaffing or communication problem here.
Thank you for your friendly and professional service throughout my time at Riva Terra at Redwood Shores. I’ve truly enjoyed living in my apartment — thanks in large part to your excellent customer service from the very beginning. The renewal process was easy and straightforward, guided by clear and transparent documentation. While it’s time for me to say goodbye, I will look back on this chapter with a smile
I had such a great experience living at Riva Terra. The community is peaceful and the location is beautiful, especially being right by the water. One thing that really made my time here special was the leasing office—Angela was seriously the best. She was always friendly, helpful, and made everything feel so easy. Whether I had a question about my lease or just needed help with something small, she was on it. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. I’m really grateful for her and the team!
