Great staff and doctors are very knowledgeable
This was my 3 time there a d staff was great.
The billing process was terrible. Our insurance is typically 80/20. The office called my husband prior to the procedure and stated he had to pay his 20% out of pocket prior to the procedure, this was about $400. Totally fine until, without warning, the cost of the procedure apparently increased after the fact and the claim was then submitted to insurance. Insurance covered more than 80% and yet magically our out of pocket cost increased to an additional $700 on top of the $400 something we had already paid. This was a very v... read more
I had hand surgery here in August, 2024. I was greeted by the staff in the front upon entering. The nurses and Doctors are great here! No complaints, they took great care of me and saw to my comfort. Highly recommended for sure!!!
