I recently moved here from Connecticut and from the very beginning Leah was just so incredibly kind, helpful and supportive! She took the time to talk to me about my move, always kept me updated, sent me pictures and since I have arrived she made me feel at home! I love my apartment, it has everything I have dreamed of! It’s a beautiful complex and I am so happy here! Much gratitude to Leah and Madison for all their hard work! They are truly the best !!
We had a great experience living here! Leah and the staff were very responsive and handled maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Leah is also friendly and very helpful! Our apartment was kept in excellent condition and the grounds are kept very nice as well. There's also a beautiful view of the mountains and nice neighbors! We wish we could have stayed longer (but had to move for a job opportunity out of state).
Riva Ridge was a great place to live before buying a house. Lived here for 5 years and the staff and maintenance were always transparent and the few issues we had were always resolved quickly. I would recommend Riva Ridge for anyone looking for places to rent in Lakewood or Golden.
