This place gets no stars. I come in asking for mani and pedi , I wait like 20 min with my feet in water cause im thinking they going to start. But this man comes in and he didn’t know what he was doing with my feet so mid service I told him to STOP! Then a lady comes to finish the job . It was decent but it was rushed and she seemed like she had the only attitude. Just so unprofessional.

I stopped going there a while back after the 2nd bad experience. I’m so far over the rude owner with minimal skills, who instead of telling me she could not doa design, did something horrible and ugly and then wanted to go home saying she can’t do it after the fact. It wasn’t even difficult. I ended up paying twice by going to another salon to get it fixed. I wanted to really do like other customers and get loud and cuss her out for that, but it’s not my style. I just stopped going and spending my money there.

My nails look horrible! I walked in with my sister and the workers were lounging around because they had no customers! The shop smells & it has nats & flies everywhere but being that our original nail shop was packed, we took a chance on Ritzy’s. My toes & nails were rushed! I hate the French on my nails, it looks disgusting. Seems like she didn’t want to do them. I’m very disappointed & I will not be going back to them ever again.

They gave me a toe infection and I’m not sure if they use clean products at all . My toe has been hurting for 2 days now since i got them done on Saturday
