If I had to pick one word to describe this company, it would have to be honest. Oh wait, Inexpensive. Um, how about friendly. We have had cars to Ritzman Muffler for the past couple of years. We never paid more then expected, we left with a repaired vehicle each time and we were treated very fairly.
Quick easy fix. Came in with an almost $2,000 quote from two chain repair stores because they lacked the capability to weld. They sent me to Ritzman and I'm so happy I came because they fixed my problem for $53! INSANE.
In and out in 20 minutes. $35, no pushy upselling. I highly recommend them.
They took extremely great care of me today. Recommended by a friend, I took my car here with a $800 quote from Firestone. They put my car up showed me what was wrong, fixed it right then, and saved me $600! Highly recommend you bring your car here. Support your local businesses people, I learned that today.
They are the ONLY place I will take my cars and have used them many times over the years. Fair, honest and affordable!!!! They will only fix what needs fixed and won't try to up-sell you! They will work with your budget as well. Shop local!
