the staff is extremely kind. They do quality work. On top of all that their prices are more than fair. I had a quote of $1,100 to put a catalytic converter on my 2010 Honda CRV from the dealership. I bought a brand new catalytic converter for $150. Ritzman Muffler installed it for a hundred and fifty. total cost was a little bit over 300. I got the same quality work that I would have paid $1,100 for. So you decide
