Not a great experience the owners are very rude. Took a ring to them for resizing. They threw a fit because we didn’t buy it from them originally. Whatever. They resized it anyway, then said That if it didn’t fit after resizing, they would do it again for free. Well, I took it back to them because it didn’t fit after they resized it and they said that I waited too long to bring it back to them and they won’t be doing it for free. Whatever I get it. Easy to deal with and very honest!
I love this real jewelry store with an actual jeweler on site!! The owners are there every day to discuss pieces, options and solutions. I have purchased several new items and had my wedding ring repaired, which came back looking better than they day I received it. They have a gift shop too, that is a great place for last minute, but thoughtful, presents. Truly a hometown jewelry store, with an excellent selection of beautiful pieces priced better than the larger chain stores in the city.
We visited this location over the weekend and absolutely loved it and the owners! There are so many unique and gorgeous rings, necklaces and other things (such as very nice leather bands for men, my husband LOVES his!). Thank you for spending time with us, showing us beautiful rose gold rings and for talking with us!
We absolutely love our wedding rings! They are perfect for how active we are. The owners were so very patient,kind, and helpful. We will recommend Ritzi's to everyone.
