Worse service I have ever experienced with a florist/ coordinator. While planning my wedding, Ritzee was recommended by a family member because the owner is a family friend. We met with her one day and discussed what we wanted for our wedding. We spent approx. an hour discussing wedding details and discussed that for her to get started on the coordinator processes for the wedding she would need a down payment.
