No. Don’t. I lived here for 3.5 years, leaving just this past week. The apartments are great, but the owners and management are a joke. In three years, we had three management companies. Each was useless. The current place is impossible to get in touch with, once you’re a resident. If you do decide to live here, DO NOT agree to unit 6. Ritz Towers located in the heart of phonix, I live in a studio apartment with my fiancé. Inside is all white brick with brand new appliances. This studio is a little different for me just because it has the original murphy's bed that the building was built with. The bed fold in and out of the wall, So I'm able to have a actual living room when guest want to come over.
