I went to Ritz Furs yesterday and was instantly greeted by staff. I spoke with Jeffrey on the phone and he was very helpful in directing me how to get there. When I arrived, they quickly took my coat and took me around showing me different styles and putting the coats on me. Such gentlemen. Then I met Jeffrey! He is amazing!!! I first entered the door at Ritz Thrift Shop - Ritz Furs in 2003. I had just relocated back to NYC after living in Atlanta. Boy was it cold here!!! I knew that I wanted to buy a fur coat because there is nothing warmer and I knew that I wanted to buy it as Ritz Furs! I have purchased coats, traded coats, sold coats here and I have never been disappointed. Quality is impeccable. Integrity exceptional. Customer service is beyond anywhere I have shopped. Go in and ask for Jeffrey or Keith and tell them that I sent you!
This place is exceptionally awesome and personable to its customers on every level. "Jeffrey Geters" is both professional and attentive and can size a 'sistah' with just one look. He's intuitive to your taste without missing a measure and will make your satisfaction his ultimate goal. I fell in love and this was just my first visit. I'd give him and his service "10-stars" if I could.... It's not over. xoxoxoxox
My first experience with Ritz Furs was on 57th Street. I believe that you can't get back a first impression. I met a gentlemen named Charles that won me over from the first conversation. Ritz moved to 29th street and I met an exceptional human being named Jeffrey. As my first experience was great, also my second. Jeffrey is the nicest human being in the world. If you want a reasonable fur, come to the Ritz!

I have been a customer of the Ritz Fur shop since the mid 70’s when they were in W 57th Street. I met Jeff when my salesperson left. I have been a client of Jeffrey ever since. He is the most personable and knowledgeable person in the industry. Love him!!
