Sigh. The owner (at least I believe) was the most pushy nail salon owner I’ve ever come across in my life. I called the salon to ask specifically if they had glow in the dark colors and not glow in the dark topcoat and he insisted they had what I was looking for. I asked to see the colors before I sat down because I wanted to leave if they did not have what I was looking for he insisted they had what I was looking for and literally made me sit in the chair and put my feet in the water.
