I came and got a regular pedicure with cy and was very satisfied with my experience it was very clean and everyone was friendly i will be coming back
i literally only like yanixa aka yani because her frenchies are so good and we can have a good conversation, i definitely recommend her to younger people. now i use to go to kay and she’s cool for the most part but sometimes she has a attitude and it’s okay i understand but when i wanna go to a nail salon i wanna relax,, i don’t wanna complain yk but she does nails goodd. and the older ladies in there don’t do frenchies good (imo) like theyre okay but just not to my liking. Got a manicure and I wasn’t sure what color I wanted so the technician helped me pick out this color. She informed me that the glitter isn’t completely opaque so she helped me pick a color underneath the purple glitter and I picked a pinkish purple to match the glitter and it looks great. Came back to get a pedicure with the exact same color.
If I could give less then one star I would due to the terrible service provided and lack of professionalism. I paid for a gel pedicure that began to lift the moment I got home. I asked a friend to watch my kids as a favor the following day, I arrived at 11am as soon as they opened. The front receptionist said she could only fix one toe from which I insisted was not okay and said to wait.
