Called and asked for an estimate. Scheduled technician to come the next morning. Technician arrived same day without warning, calling me from my driveway. Technician stated it would cost $150 to remove hardware inspect and diagnose. I was not told there would be any charge associated with estimate nor that any hardware would have to be taken apart.
