When I booked my service, the person on the phone said they were running a special for $69 to show up and diagnose, and then I’d get $50 off the quoted repair cost. The repair guy told me the fix was $100 to replace one screw. I went ahead with the repair because I had already spent the $69 and didn’t want to have to deal with another house call.
