Dr Ritz takes his time with you and makes you understand if you have issues. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who has been fixing my glasses because I tend to fall asleep watching tv with with my glasses and then I tend to turn over and the lenses fall out. Great staff all around!!!
The most difficult people to reach by phone when you finally managed to contact them appear to be eager to end the conversation. I strongly advise against going there and leaving without your prescription.
I had a great experience getting my eye exam there. The doctor did MANY more tests than my last eye doctor did and was very kind in speaking with me. I did not feel rushed. Also their new manager "Lisa" was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the glasses part.
Friendly staff
Not a good provider for children or families. Have been going here myself since I was a child and now will have to find care elsewhere for my children and family. Severely disappointed in this practice. Would recommend anyone with children and families to avoid these providers.
