I’ve gone to this diner multiple times the last 3 years. Service is always excellent, until today. We always had great service by the men waiters. Today they had a new female waitress that waited on us. She brought the coffee and we had to ask for the cream after many minutes of waiting. We ordered a dish that comes with salad. Same dish we have ordered every time we go there. We waited a long time no salad. I wanted to say something but my husband kept saying maybe there just busy. They were not.
