They don't stand by their work and initially try to place blame elsewhere. I have a 14 foot crack in my ceiling deywall due to (1) a water leak from an improperly installed roof cap and (2) beams that separate and compress with the seasons by up to 3/8 inch. It has been 1 year since the delivery of this modular home. From delivery in May of 2023 to today August 15, 2024 …. THIS STRUCTURE IS SUB STANDARD AND DOWN RIGHT CHEAP! Where do I begin! Walls, all particle board. No insulation in the walls, plastic tubing for plumbing, particle board sub floors, poor wiring. Very cold, hard to heat due to lack of insulation in walls and beneath sub floors. Water leaked throughout the home due to the plastic plumbing. Outlets not working , Floors now have numerous soft spots and need to be replaced. Including all the sub floors. Molding, alot of it, plastic. I bought the home used, owners occupied for a few years.
