This place is disrespectful with customer service they don’t care at all about mail I had orders delivered here as a past resident that’s in the military constantly moving and the office representative said “We don’t keep mail or track where it goes go ask the person that stays in your old apartment is they might have or seen it” how unprofessional is that? and the person that stays in that apartment reported a complaint of me asking and that’s when they cared to check for my mail they pick and choose when to care. Beware ! I lived at the Ritz Colony for around 12 years. I saw management come and go. When I moved out a few months ago I left the place very clean. The paint was old and the carpets were there when I moved in. But they decided to keep my whole deposit for cleaning and painting! Ridiculous! Beware because you will not get your deposit back.
Nice place to live. It's what you make the best of it. Not all tenant's have grievance's. I'm sure the complainers next place to live, they complain there also. Turning off water is common for most rentals properties when repairs are needed to be done Termites well, that's a exterminator issue. That's solvable.
