Beware ! I lived at the Ritz Colony for around 12 years. I saw management come and go. When I moved out a few months ago I left the place very clean. The paint was old and the carpets were there when I moved in. But they decided to keep my whole deposit for cleaning and painting! Ridiculous! Beware because you will not get your deposit back.
Nice place to live. It's what you make the best of it. Not all tenant's have grievance's. I'm sure the complainers next place to live, they complain there also. Turning off water is common for most rentals properties when repairs are needed to be done Termites well, that's a exterminator issue. That's solvable.
