Beautiful location, great service, okay food... As I arrived, there was a doorman to open the door and greet me, but no offer of direction. It took a few minutes to find my wedding, but the building was beautiful! The chairs, decorations, and tables were comfortable. It took a long while for the food to be served, and it wasn't bad, but I've definately had better. The alcohol service was great! There are lots of thing that they should be improved, but let's me start with communication! Bad communication and the wedding coordinator did not follow the timeline we gave at the Ritz Charles. Food is bland eventhough we picked the most expensive dish and the portion is really small. All of my guests complained they were hungry after the wedding.
RecommendedIsaac and I had such an amazing experience with Ritz Charles! We cannot speak more highly of Casey and Megan for going above and beyond for us. Our original plans to have our wedding at Coxhall Gardens in May were postponed to September because of Covid and Casey was so encouraging and reassuring during that time. I had the best experience with the Ritz. I had two coordinators to reach out to at all times and they were THE BEST! They make sure everything is taking care of well in advance and exactly the way you want. They include SO MUCH in their packages so you don’t have to worry about vendors. They’re so kind and honest about what to expect. Highly HIGHLY recommend
I cannot even begin to express my feelings towards the Ritz Charles and their incredible staff. From the beginning, Maddie was absolutely fantastic - promptly responding to all of our questions. We looked at multiple venues but after meeting with Maddie and touring the venue, we decided to book the Ritz that same day.
