We had the most incredible experience staying here for our babymoon staycation! The service was 10/10, starting with a dessert tray and non-alcoholic champagne welcoming us in our room. I believe the individual’s name was Henry that delivered it and he was SO sweet and checked in on us throughout our stay, proactively anticipating our every need. The rooms were recently upgraded and absolutely gorgeous. And the gym and the spa were top tier. We will definitely be back!!
My experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The service was unacceptable for any hotel—especially one operating at this price point and under the Ritz-Carlton name. I stayed in an Executive Suite at approximately $1,500 per night. What a great staff!!! From the doorman to the pool staff to room service, they must be doing very selective hiring because every member of their team that we encountered was A+++. My wife booked this, so it was probably ridiculously expensive, but it was good enough that I didn't need to worry about whether we got our money's worth. Thanks to everyone working hard here to make it happen. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
