What you would expect from the Ritz-Carlton – I had the privilege of staying in the Ritz around the holiday season and it truly was amazing.From the moment you walk in the lobby you feel welcome and like you are a wanted there. We originally had a room on the 5th floor which was nice but some faulty engineering with the shower/tub had water leaking all over the bathroom.
