I had an amazing first massage with Sarah today. She is trauma-informed, intuitive, and took the time to explain what she was noticing throughout the session. The massage was both relaxing and productive. I left feeling hopeful about injury/pain recovery. Highly recommend!

During this massage, I felt the very notions of "stress" and "lactic acid retention" dissolve through temporality, freeing my bloodline of such concepts back to the pre-cambrian era, where my bacterial precedents had a hard time tying their shoes due to S-curve scoliosis.
