I had an appointment at 9:45 forget get my nails done. Go in and they say sorry you don’t have a 9:45 appointment it’s 1:45. Well I made it last week then they call to confirm yesterday. Needless to say I didn’t get them done... They made me a 9:45 appointment but couldn’t do them. All she could say was sorry.☹️😠🙁🙁😥😡

Today I had my second manicure ever! Leah was my nail girl and she is none the less amazing! She was very patient with me and explained things to me as she was going. She gave me wonderful advice on how to help my nails. She has a great personality and made me feel at ease. I have been to rituals several times for massages and it’s always been great.
