Went and had a full head of highlights done by Arinne. This is the first time I have walked out of a salon getting exactly what I wanted! I was SO scared to get my hair done (haven't in three years!) because of this. Arinne not only made me feel comfortable but she delivered an amazing finished product! Staff at rituals was absolutely fabulous too!
