To begin with Andrew was absolutely wonderful! The location is so clean and inviting. Only had to wait a short while as a walk in. Was really nervous and brought in pictures. He helped talk through what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. The end result was fantastic and it cost less than most my haircuts in the last. Will definitely be going back.
Andrew was amazing!! He made my hair look gorgeous and was such a sweetheart. ♡ Love Rituals and the entire staff.

For the money it cost to get a pedicure, it was NOT comfortable at all. Sitting on a warn out pad on a hard bench made it impossible to enjoy my experience. The guy who was doing my pedi was fabulous. I'm sure the 10 minute massage (on each foot) felt great.......if I didn't have to concentrate on the pad not slipping off and the excruciating pain in my ass!
Way too much money for something I didn't want. Could have done it myself. And I told the lady I did not want a toner in my hair. She did it anyways and the lady behind the counter didn't care.
