After having to leave a bad review for another artist about doing a piercing for my daughter we ended up at a fellow artist's shop to get her taken care of. Tom saw their review and messaged concerned about who didn't take care of us. This made me realize that i have never reviewed the services of Ritual. Tom has been my artist since before the shop.
