Do NOT get a perm here. This was easily one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. I came in trusting the stylist with my hair and left with a perm that was completely messed up way tighter than requested, poorly executed, and nothing like what was discussed beforehand. My hair texture and shape were ruined, and it’s been a huge confidence hit trying to deal with the damage afterward. This place is rare since the owner does my hair and it is a small and intimate salon. I can always get in within a couple days or so and they do a fabulous job on my blonde highlights. My young daughter gets her haircut here and I do as well. I highly recommend it. Most of the customers have been going there a really long time.
My wife went in today for a haircut and it was awful. The hairdresser start chopping away at it without even blowing it out first, and only asked how much to cut after removing three inches of it. After my wife told her how few inches to take off, the hairdresser (whose name unfortunately she does not remember) kept cutting and cutting and cutting. Ended up taking off a solid FOOT of hair, even though my wife kept telling her it felt like a lot was coming off and that she didn’t want it short. Never coming back, it was awful... read more
If I could give her 0 stars, I would! I went in for a trim and curtain bangs and she cut over 5 inches with layering! We called the next day to speak to her and she said she asked if the length was ok mid cut but she didn’t. She said it was too long but I love my long hair and only wanted a trim. I am so disappointed and sad, she clearly had her own idea of what she wanted my hair to look like and totally disregarded what I wanted. Be very careful if you choose to go here
