Rachelle! Is rude as hell! Got a nose piercing and she was rough! Doesn’t care about her clients. Didn’t check in with me and bumped into my nose after she pierced it didn’t apologize! I have many other piercings and was taken care by the piercer, she was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Don’t get me wrong everyone else was extremely nice and friendly!
