Horrible, worst experience ever! I’ve been to her office 4 times and met with her once for 3 minutes. Everyone says how great she is, I wouldn’t know since I’ve never really had a consultation. They push procedures and being anesthetized. Or given meds. I wanted to discuss alternative options but haven’t seen her. It’s always her NP. Don’t waste your time. Biggest disappointment ever with a doctor?! Had an epidural and still in pain. Difficult to go to a PAIN MANAGEMENT dr and never really having a complete conversation.
If I there is any option for - Star , I would give Minus Start to Dr. Ritu Verma and her team! Always during an appointment- very bas experience. Lack of Communication before and after visits and follow up, worse service & Treatment. She is very greedy to make money by unnecessary claim to Insurance , Medicare or Medicaid, whatsoever; hence if not needed , she keep force to come in the office for the next step and Vs where she can do in same visit. Save your time and all. Worse Dr I have ever experienced.
Will when to see Dr Varma today will let me start by saying the address you get off line isn't her right. Thun when you stand there for three hours waiting just for the receptionist who check you in tells you the whole time that she's not going to deal with your case because of the medication that you're on.
