Please don’t blame Dr. Ritterbusch for the inefficiency of the support staff. Agree, the administrative staff is not pleasant to deal with, but isn’t that true for any practice? Dr. Ritterbusch is an amazing doctor. My husband and I, have been patients of the Dr. For over 15 years. We have also recommended so many people to her. You are right about one thing, the PRACTICE has changed and the new owner of the practice is very corporate and has an eye on the numbers but not the doctor. Dr Ritterbusch was able to get my bifocal prescription right. I had went to 3 eye doctors before and things were going from bad to worse. The difference in the prescription she gave me was nothing less than amazing. I just wonder why the other doctors could not figure it out. I never hesitate to refer her to friends and relatives.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! had spend the last 3 months trying to get in touch with "doctor" Margaret Ritterbusch with no luck. Spoke with a office secretary who hanged up the phone on me. Super rude never got an answer, never got any help. At first is she is super nice, when they're trying to cash that check from my insurance but once they get their money forget about you... I was a new patient and was so pleased with the amount of time Dr. Ritterbusch spent with me discussing my issue and laying out a care plan. She is comforting and informative and has a wonderful, warm manner. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Office staff is great too.
Excellent patient-doctor communication skills and professionalism. She is exceptionally good with children.
