Very poor management (Bill Ritter), no response from phone, cell phone messages, text or emails. The property needed immediate attention a a the first two months and still does. escrowing rent for July and after.
We rented from company's better then the RItter Company, we got along with our property manager from other companies. Now we rented from the RItter Company for a year ,we paid our rent on time,never had a problem paying bills.So we had a neighbor from hell,she had a bad attitude and she was very rude.we called the RItter Company about their resident ,Bill will say I Wish you and Kimberly can get along.Kimberly has a lot issues.
