The appraiser at this company is a joke. My boyfriend used this company for the appraisal on his house and ex wife’s house (they have been going through a LONG drawn out nasty divorce, before we got together, and still going through the divorce). To start, the appraiser was told that NEITHER party was to be in the homes during the appraisal so that neither party could effect the appraisal value of the houses.
