Went middle of the day on a Sunday and it's was a bit of a wait but the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Worst experience ever! I went there a few years ago to get stitches removed. It was my first time in my life with stitches and as a neurodivergent person with an anxiety disorder, I process things differently and will always ask a lot of questions for clarification to ease my anxiety. I came to the clinic at 10:30 a.m. today. I am an international student and I was involved in a MVA. I came to the clinic yesterday and they said they were overbooked. I came in again today and she asked for my health card. I don’t have a health card but I did have my insurance. She said we do not accept insurance and I will have to pay upfront. Very small and busy medical centre on Ritson Rd. N. Doctors were great and they also have a pharmacy in the office as well. My only issue is how small and crowded the place is and usually only has 1 Doctor on the weekends so you are waiting well over an hour.
