This place was a referral from Jensen Auto Collision. Boy did they get it wrong. Bad first impressions. Slow to offer any kind of help. Showed up for a quote. Grey haired gentleman came out to check my vehicle. I’m guessing he either didn’t like me or didn’t want my business. I think he just didn’t like me. On march 25th my jeep was hit by a driver who ran a red light. I chose Ritson Collision based on reviews and personal recommendations. Jadie and staff were phenominal to work with. Her quote was reasonable but Economical/Definity insurance was a nightmare. They would not send an appraiser out to look at the vehicle. 4 adjustors later they were caught being untruthful about facts. Ritson Collision tried to work with them they refused.
