Horrible experience... I called simply to inquire some information and simply because I was Hispanic, and mention Puerto Rico, lady on the phone automatically thought I wanted pro bono. I was highly offended..was highly unprofessional... I work for a living pay taxes and simply trying to sell a family estate from a deceased family member...
