Great experience! Johnny was really easy to deal with, went out of his way to keep in contact while trying to squeeze my job in during a busy end of year period. Wasn't an easy issue to diagnose but he took the time and kept me informed throughout - pretty sure he saved me some $$ in the process. Highly recommend!
