Every time I go to Riteway Power Equipment they tell me they are too busy to help me, making me feel like I am keeping them from more important work.I will spend my hard earned money somewhere that appreciates my business When I was turned away for my small mower problem at Riteway I decided to take a short ride to Boston Lawnmower Company on RT 9 in Westboro MA., Where the customer service was impeccable and they helped me quickly. I will NEVER spend my money at Riteway Power Equipment again. Good Luck
I went to Riteway this morning and got a piece of pull rope for my snow blower!The mad there was very nice, and got the rope right away! I ask him how hard it was to get the spring back in the housing, and he told me that if I had any trouble to bring it in and he would do it for me! You dont see this too often these days, but I did manage to get it back together! I thank Riteway very much and I will do more business with them in the near future! Sincerely, Sully
