Very rude employees. Purchased a vehicle here and got behind on payments. Offered to make a large payment in exchange for permission to register the vehicle for work purposes in a different state. They refused. Had to wait and pay the full remaining balance in order to get the title. So the purchased vehicle has not been drivable for about a year at that point because Riteway would not allow it to be registered. NOW it's been over 3 more months after the vehicle was paid for and we have no title. DMV has nothing about the ve... read more
