He reported that the roof did not have a permit from the County which is false. The permit was accessible, and we had to request it at the County. He reported that the roof had only 1 more year of life which he had to fix that info latter when we found the permit at the County. All of this caused: the house buying process to be delayed. Luis Martinez inspected my home for the wind mitigation clause in my homeowners insurance policy. I wish I had known about it sooner. This year I saved almost $300. Luis is very knowledgeable and explained everything to a T. I recommend RiteStart with 5 stars.
