-0 Stars!!!!!! We hired the services of this "company" for a home inspection. Mr. Jorge Melendez wrote false and wrong information! He reported that the roof did not have a permit from the County which is false. The permit was accessible, and we had to request it at the County. He reported that the roof had only 1 more year of life which he had to fix that info latter when we found the permit at the County. All of this caused: the house buying process to be delayed. It caused us a lot of stress. We lost money and time.... read more
